Our Exchange Policy Covers:

Important Conditions: 

• Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of order delivery.
• Complete video proof is required to process exchange.
• The customer is responsible for covering complete return shipping costs in all of the above situations.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
• 1Shop reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or indicate dishonest intent towards our business.

How to process exchange: 

1. 1. Contact our customer service team at WhatsApp 03345825550 to initiate the return process.
   2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the items(s) you want in exchange and the reason for the exchange. Check your email inbox to verify your order number.
   3. Our customer service team will guide you on the exchange procedure and provide you with a return shipping address.
   4. Pack the item securely, include all original packaging and tags, and ship it to the provided address.
   5. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 3-4 working days.
   6. Your new order will be delivered to you again and the price difference will be compensated.

• “Allow to Open” will be provided only if you pay 20% payment in advance.
• If an order fails to deliver after we dispatch it, we will not process your order again until you pay the previous shipping charges of the failed order, even if you were provided with Free Shipping.
• Orders are typically processed within 4-5 business days after order confirmation.
• During peak seasons, special events or festivals, processing times may be extended, and we appreciate your patience.
